This is because the country’s government protects the animals there.<\/p>\n

According to the Daily Mail UK<\/a>‘s latest report, the rare orb-weaver spider discovered in Australia has markings similar to the official logo of Xbox.<\/p>\n

Ph.D. candidate, Nik Willmott, said that the unusual arachnid could be a speckled or green orb-weaver. It depends on what experts see it to be.<\/p>\n

“I don’t see the fainter longitudinal stripe as much, and having both stripes on the same spider is even rarer,” added Willmott.<\/p>\n

If you check the image of the rare spider, you will see that its body is green. It has two lines (lighter green) intersecting, which creates the Xbox logo-like appearance.<\/p>\n

The rare orb-weaver spider was discovered while the Australian government warned about the increasing spider populations in locations affected by heavy rain and extreme floods.<\/p>\n

This means that rare spiders are still expected to appear in the country.<\/p>\n
