Carol Vorderman has two children from a previous marriage.
The star is mum to daughter Katie who graduated with a PhD in nanotechnology and son Cameron who graduated from UWE Bristol.
Carol has spoken of her pride in Cameron, who has severe learning difficulties, after he got a First Class degree in animation in 2020 and achieved a Master’s Degree from Dundee University in 2021.
Talking about her son’s achievement, Carol said: “I always knew he would make it with the right help but the mainstream system doesn’t cater well for most children with these severe learning difficulties.
“Their development curve is a different shape. They have their superpower and one day THEY find their path IF they’re guided well.”
How many times has Carol Vorderman been married?
Carol first got married in 1985 at the age of 24 to Christopher Mather, a Royal Navy officer, but the marriage lasted only twelve months.
Her second marriage was to management consultant Patrick King in 1990 at age 30, who she had her two children with.
However, they separated in 2000.

Carol first appeared on Countdown from 1982 until 2008 when her mother sent in an application on her behalf.
Carol then went on to join Loose Women in 2011.
She has presented the Pride of Britain Awards since it began in 1999.
