PhD in Biological and Life Sciences
The applicant must have completed a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in Life Sciences or related disciplines, including Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Toxicology, Bioinformatics, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, and Forensic Sciences (Biology/Chemistry), or an equivalent degree in biological sciences. In exceptional cases, candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences may be admitted, subject to completion of additional credits as per Ahmedabad University’s PhD policy.
